Healthy You

Healthcare as we know it is changing. We’re changing the conversation about healthcare to focus on preventing health conditions before they happen. It’s much easier to maintenance our health than it is to fix it once something happens. That’s why it’s important to schedule your annual Healthy You! wellness visit with your Blue Primary Care Network Provider. This wellness benefit is paid at 100% with no deductible, co-pay or coinsurance when you use your Blue Primary Care Network Provider. Your Healthy You! visit is a time each year to have a face-to-face conversation with your physician about your health and your health history, and develop a wellness plan to maintain or improve your health.
